My Review

For some reason this reminds me of that troll movie I see years ago with troll turning people into plants or something this is from full movie Production they come up with some weird ideas first to start they do almost a 2-3 min intro seems like they do that to all there movies with long ones.

Starts off with guy in hospital telling doctors how this all started with him going to meet his ex- girlfriend who turn her house into a bed and breakfast that where he stays my guess he still has feelings for her that why he choice to stay there is my guess anyway.

First person to turn one into them plants the plant is ugly looking tree that Sprays people turning them into ugly plants can of chessy for 90’s flim so the plants can be form back into humans sort of like Invasion of the body snatchers movie as well plot feels like odd plot plants look like giants bugs as well with way costumes they do look chessy as well so guess story is plants taking over humans what the point of it unsure there is a character name Tom who try to warn everybody but no believe him at first but later Kim see them and goes crazy the movie build up is can of boring some and pointless but creepy plants are little bit scary.

Acting when they being take over is can of odd as well housemaid is probably the leader of plants because even since we meet her she been acting strange and later on we see his ex and Kim become one of them only Dr now is one too trust now but they did find a way to get rid of them and that bright light can of silly way.

The way it ended was not much fighting and that ending with her being still one of them see that ending coming by a mile what a chessy movie and not good as well.

That was a not good movie acting wasn’t good and plot was just bad writing as well this sort of troll and Other rips off found but this full moon they green light this movie because they think this would be next horror hit and we would like it if you see this like your probably going like what the f so yeah not a good movie if you asked me another full moon Failed with another not good ending either.

Ok think I am done talking about this movie will move on to next one unit then have a good rest of weekend.

Silent night Bloody Night (1972) Movie Review

My Review

Another horror Christmas movie Good thing I get them review early then Christmas that will break my rule I don’t review horror movies around Christmas time just don’t seem right anywhere here is my review of this movie let’s see if it is bad or good.

This is from year 1974 start of movie feels like black Christmas vibes it started off with story of murders going down In asylum it open up in creepy way too with a woman telling her story about what happen and music is creepy as well Christmas songs but with little horror added to it making seem scary story seems they got the man put him in insane asylum but he got out so the woman telling the story brought the home what weird the guy meets town people some want to buy the house he offer them a price that huge but gives them a day to make up his mind so now he goes and stay there little both don’t know someone is staying up stairs the killer is up there they do not show him yet this woman acting strange as well nice couple living there get murder after that killer calls town people and warns them I am back and out to get everybody you can hear guy voice but not see him yet they are doing a good job to keep it unwrap who it might be.

We see a guy get in car and later he meets the woman he had gloves on And he pop up at weird times as well if I was lady I would be careful of him seems nice but note everybody seems to be wearing same jacket so not sure.

This movie seem creepy acting is can of strange as well making it a odd horror movie from what I see from 70’s but will say they do a great job building up killer with story telling good writing there least we get some info on killer and it goes very deep it is indeed scary what story brings out from past one thing for sure that house is indeed curse after what you see and that ending so it was her father that was killer not much of fight there and it ended with Mary walking away finish the story and that how movie ended odd horror movie.

Have to say this movie was put together it acting was strange along with music and writing was weird too but for 70’s movie not bad for horror don’t know if I liked it though but it still was ok too me watch was little bit scary not out of this world scary though would I watch this again probably not is all I have left to say about this one.

Black Christmas (1974) Movie Review

My Review

Another movie with Sorority Girls movie that is a horror movie called black Christmas with Margot Kidder very interesting that she in horror movie.

At start they get a phone call girls do it is very creepy voice as well can of scary way to start call ends with someone saying I kill you all. Well after that one of girl very quick gets killed they did not show who it was yet but sounds like the person who was on phone later a name may of been revealed and his name could be Billy but this sound like many others unless person is making sound like it many people whoever it is living in Attic of house as well who ever it maybe Is scary as well he plays with dead people like it his dolls as well later on his killing barb will see a figure that looks like Peter so could he be the killer not sure.

This probably one of best mystery horror movie in my view writers made this one creepy as well with phone calls as it took long for police to figure it out as well because phone calls are not long enough to trace as well but later on they get it too be long enough and it is indeed house so his name was Billy the whole time can off odd no one know he was living in attic the whole time then they throw us a huge twist I know it was him along Peter was acting weird but was it him or not because guy had something in eye Peter did not unless we get a twist at end we did still heard Billy voice at end as movie ends with phone calls still going on well done to writers on this one.

All I got to say indeed better then last week what scary is them phone calls good effects there for a horror movie also acting was good Olivia Hussey was great in this one as well plot was good along with kills was bloody and gory in this one and mess up ways to die also that ending was one heck of twist writers left it too you what happen nexts and also they made you think it was this person but turns out it was not give writers credit they even had me wrong as well black Christmas is a good movie to watch most on Halloween the only time I would watch it as well Billy reveal was not show that how writers ended the movie with twist mind blowing is what I say and with the way credits roll and you hear the phone ringing still creepy as well that way I would end the movie one last thing see Margot kidder being killed was disturbing as well wonder if this was her first write off kill she was ok she played barb drunk woman and maybe stoned as well not too big of part though in this but acting was not bad as well too end this if you like good horror movies and have not see black Christmas from 1974 it is indeed worth checking out.

I give black Christmas a rating of 8/10

The House on Sorority Row (1983)

My Review

The movie starts off with date June 16, 1961 and women about to give birth they make it look like she lost the baby doctor says that or did she is question because doctor said she the last one what that means not sure interested to find out later maybe.

Then we see a girl name Katie ready to go to sorority college or school the lady who runs the house close it on June 16, the same date we see at start and for some reason this old lady is nuts when people show up on well that date the old lady caught 2 teens having sex in her house and well killed the water bed and girl said she will get her again can of odd writing but worder where that goes poor Vicky.

They later on plan a prank on lady after that doctor talks about Mrs. Slater Condition getting worst after that we see Katie pull a prank on Mrs. Slater and it went wrong and she was shot and they throw her in pool after this they have a party and then cane is showing along with Mrs. Slater clothes and somebody kills the teen but did not show maybe she back from dead and getting revenge on the ones who killed her.

The 2nd kill did give us a small look in a figure that look like her not full Reveal yet again if it was her they would of just came out with her being the killer they looked for her body it is possible she back and is going after them doctor did give a hint she will go insane as well .

Many times I see movies like this with prank gone wrong and with cover it up half of time they get killed or someone out for Revenge so this another movie where it probably going that way that first thing that came to my mind.

Well as movie goes on someone with Mrs. Slater crazy cane keeps killing them each by each one of girls see killer and said cane or something but then after that she gets killed as well.

We do see hair at end look like it looked like her but doctor turn on Katherine give her some kind of shot drug must be powerful at first thought it was him but he was killed I think this probably Peter who is Mrs slater son is my guess who ever it is has a mask on as well.

The killer turn out to be Mrs. Slater it was not Peter but Eric slater who was her son from start of movie it was creepy reveal he looked scary as well and that ending could of lead to a 2nd one but never got one to close it out that is very odd but will say a not bad ending at all for a not bad horror movie.

What a creepy but indeed a gory and kills are high as well horror movie it was not a bad mystery movie as well had me guess a few times after Mrs. Slater was killed in a bad prank wrong She did try to warn them to leave but they did not listen and after her death somebody was killing them one by one and turns out it was her son along born on that date this why she closed it every year so after see her death he went on killing spree to get Revenge for his Mother’s death I find this interesting plot and acting was pretty good as well but if they give me a little bit more on what happen after he opened his eyes would of been great did he kill her after that not sure because it ended like that but again not a bad movie House on Sorority row (1983) and I probably watch again around Halloween time.

Silent Rage (1982) Movie Review

My Review

Never thought I would see Chuck Norris in a horror type but in 1982 he did and it this one that will be next review Silent Rage from 1982.

We see at start a guy say to his doctor he not ok and after that goes nuts and kills the lady and then Chuck Norris shows up he is playing sheriff then him and bad guy fight each and look like he got but try to get away and shot many times look like he fighting it for some reasons they put something in bad guy a dose what they are working on one doctor says let him died but 2 other doctors went ahead we don’t see what happen to him yet.

Later on Dan and his old girlfriend get back together little bit of drama there then 5 mins she dump him yet again can odd romantic thing there.

As bad guy John slowing started waking he is but he still playing this goes on for a long time so they can force on Dan and his girlfriend romance there was only one action Scene between bar fight which was good fight Dan kick all there asses though.

Then around 54 min mark John starts killing people and boy he is tough got shot 3 times and still gets up he not human that for sure now so guy girlfriend comes home with the pizza indeed bad timing there since there killer in the house she got kill in bloody way so 2 are dead then Dan girlfriend comes there and see the 2 body’s as John Escapes without Dan see him in dark.

So movie goes on for a 1 hour 10 mins and Dan still doesn’t know yet John is not dead and drug up can of long long drag there that for sure.

John kills both of guys who brought him back it seems like he wants to kill everybody and then he goes after Charlie bummer I like that character but too make Dan mad and go after him he had to do it also what better way then go after Dan girlfriend and make him come after him.

Dan gets some good shots at him as fly out window just when you think he done he somehow gets up and then he gets burned and still will not die I guess the only thing left for Dan to do is fight him so we get a good fight Scene for last 10 mins so one last thing to try is put him in hole he puts up a good fight but Dan put John down the hole so just when you think he done they do throw a small twist there at end that may of lead to another movie maybe or just a twist there for ending either way not a bad ending there.

So was this a great movie well first 53 mins lag a little it was around Dan and his girlfriend and John didn’t start killing unit then also Dan was not knowing it him they could least fix that but ending battle between them was great it like he throw everything and he still would not die great battle there as for acting have to say Brian Libby was great as bad guy John he was scary Chuck did a great job he look so young too anytime Chuck is in a movie look for too kick ass that for sure. So was this a horror movie or not will say yes because guy was juice up and would not die easy plus there was some blood so indeed a horror movie that for sure would I watch this again maybe but will say in the end it was indeed good.

I give Silent Rage (1982) a rating of 6/10
