Dolls (2019) Movie Review

My Review

Note this is not a remake of 80’s one but read writers of this one got some ideas from dolls movie from 80’s also this movie stars a familiar face Dee Wallace from E.T movie so can’t wait to see her role is in this so will I think this one will be better then dolls movie from 80’s we’ll see what I think started to below.

Movie starts with a guy waking up and finding a box with nothing in it my guess dolls was in it and has now got into his house so guy Freaks out after see them and that cause him to either kill himself or dolls did not sure dolls look a little creepy things not too scary looking as again 80’s dolls though but it will do.

Later on we see another doll turns out his name is Tommy and it at this guy mom and dad house he only there unit his daughter showing and well sounds like divorce family going on here there angry and it ended with him going to bed.

Something upstairs Is keeping him awake don’t have much going on for first 21 mins just one killed a few dolls just drama for that amount time but 22 min you get names and some good shots of dolls only 4 look like Is that not too many if so then Dee shows up she neighbor looking for his mom to help out she gone too then we find a few story from her but when daughter talks about dolls Dee leaves quick my guess she knows about dolls and got other there quick they did not show it though later on we meet Sammy the garden for her grandma then we see painting of dolls with words saying turn your back on them and they come for scary but still waiting for something to happen.

39 mins in drama between Sammy and father later we see dad go crazy writing stuff about dolls turn out it was a dream also have just see dolls standing there not moving yet can of let also this seem very very slow movie as well 52 mins in nothing much happens but story’s of dolls history and Sammy grandma who was indeed connect to them nice but time is running out hope something will go is what I was thinking running drama between Sammy and her family for 59 mins is not going anyway for this movie that is label as horror movie.

About 1 hour 5 mins in we get another kill and some dolls motion only for a second the father does come home and they try to cover up but his wife comes there and no one home so dolls kill her and take her body somewhere.

So dad burns them but does not have any luck dolls drive him nuts to kill his daughter so now dad is nut house as movie ends with same twist we see early on story guy at nut house very odd ending.

Well sorry to say this was indeed not better then 80’s Dolls film this one didn’t have dolls in motion unlike 80’s one which made it good this one was just flashes as well also story was indeed boring as well written in not a good way didn’t do too much unit ended the movie try to be scary at the end but nothing no fighting as well vs dolls just father sitting them on fire which backfired on him what could of been a good movie turn out to be a bored horror movie in my who ever the writer is try again next time.

I give Dolls ( 2019) a rating of 4/10

Rabid (1977) Movie Review

My Review

Next Review is called Rabid from year 1977 so here is what I think. Movie starts off with a motorcycle accident with 2 people on it is on fire so will be tough to get them out this takes places 2 miles or mile from hospital one of guys just got a injured and woman is not in good shape at all.

She has surgery but as she wake up seem to have a very bad effect She Is thirst for blood so she attack him and drink his blood this seem like a bad experiment that turns people into blood thirst monsters she some how Escape the Hospital and goes to farm I almost thought she was going after cow but a old man drunk comes in and attack her then she attacks him don’t see much.

So are there people who being attack turning into zombies possible rose is some kind of monster that kills she still look human though and acts it they should of added more makeup to look like it was scary but pretty much just though some small makeup and little bit of blood but will say when they bite was scary though music fits in well for Scenes when attack happen.

Pretty much the movie is about rose bite people and turning them into crazy monsters out for blood disease start to get out of hand later on as everybody is being attack what kind of odd is rose still human while others Turn it to monsters can of odd writing there indeed.

Boyfriend finds out in last 10 mins that it his girlfriend that Spreading the disease they have a fight and he try to stop but get push down before he said we should be together but then she traps another guy with her and he go after her and then movie just ends in a weird way so is it over or not look like it not not sure a very weird ending for this one.

Well this one was little confusing not a bad horror but not worst though could of done better though it was little slow though it did have some moments but not a lot my guess this was low Budget film and also what happen to boyfriend at end didn’t say much though which was letdown I will say guy finding out baby at end was disturbing but that pretty much it so would I watch this again not sure I’d all I got left to say about this one.

Graduation Day (1981) movie review

My Review

Alright let see what I think of this one so here we go this is Troma team release movie after see that I go oh boy because I see them kind of movies they are indeed some horror movies and they go a little bit too far each time I see so hopefully this one doesn’t go overboard that what I thinking soon as intro there.

Movie start with track and other sports music fits in well for this movie that for first few mins is showing different sports flash bye very quick as well the teen woman win the race but she fall down and died can of sad start that for sure probably a heart attack kill her then after that we see a woman running down the trail someone with a black glove kills her they did not show the masked person on who kill her before she was killed a girl who was getting a ride of car look in odd way then later she run into another teen walking down the trail and she said her sister had same necklace and she died now she probably the sister of girl who died at start of movie Ann her name is and when who died was Laura Ann see photos of her sister and when she touches quick flashes start very fast like tigger memory’s very creepy.

Then later killer is stalk sally look like she was going to be next Victim but 2 girls so up in time and after that see sally do poles moves she is very good but flashes pop up again look like tease of her death maybe flash quick again and after that sally gets stab though the head ouch still no show but who ever this is taking out everybody I think it is he my guess right now points to Laura boyfriend he was trauma and is killing everybody that my guess but I could be wrong.

Almost 40 mins not bad movie what odd no cops are looking into killings at all no one seem to noticed there friends are missing yet can of strange writing because must movies I see cop is looking for killer but in this seem to be Ignored which is weird that is for sure.

But a big clue the killer is wearing look like to be a Coach sweatshirt along with Timer on his that over his shirt he timed it too so Is it coach the whole time look like it is leading up to that but again they have not sure face of this person just yet but later we see him with a see though mask he wearing but still hard to see because it was dark to see but he sure is doing lots of killing who ever this is.

Will have to give writers credit they are slowing build this reveal up by not giving out big secret yet on who it is.

Well who was killer after it was not coach after all but I guess it Laura boyfriend Kevin he told coach everybody he killed everybody cop ended up killing him thinking coach was killer but you got wrong wrong guy.

Ann figure out it was Kevin went to house and Kevin who insane keep Laura body Kevin girlfriend death drive him nuts must say pretty good fight between Ann and Kevin and she can fight very good as well it ended with Kevin being killed and she had a nightmare of him coming after her but turn on just to be Nothing and so movie just ended with words happy graduation and turn red after credits timer again nice little ending to a pretty good film not the best.

Well have say not bad acting was little chessy but for troma movie it was actually pretty good again another movie where writers had me guessed on who killer was and quick flashes made no sense to me probably tigger from stress or something not sure but ok I guess too make creepy but ok I guess as for killer Revealed I think it was a good twist who else is mad at everybody for not caring about Laura death then the one who loved her boyfriend Kevin who went crazy it was insane final 15 mins but again hats off to writers for that so to closing it out again troma goes little crazy on there horror movies for nudity but this one had some but not a lot so was not big deal to close this out have say if you into troma movies I think you probably like this one because it is not bad would I watch probably would.

After Midnight (1989) Movie Review

My Review

This movie in plot info that this one will scared you senseless so let’s see if it does scare me or not like other miss lead horror movies.

The movie starts with a long intro 2 mins and 15 secords all blue background as well at start I was allready wow the teacher is guy from dark Justice that indeed wow me if he become a monster or something later on would be creepy he tells the kids if you don’t want to stay here leave now music gets even more creepy teacher threats them saying if something came out wall or put a gun to someone head would be scared he does it the guy Freaks out and water himself can of funny then teacher pulls gun on himself and kills him but too me I think this probably fake and it was a odd way to open the movie there but fun sort of.

After that they go to teacher house and now they have to bring up scary story’s so is going root of many story’s yes it does go there so first story is a couple talking about getting married the girl was in munchies by the way funny movie there car broke down and see a house on hill looks scary the girlfriend said no worry’s it’s ok or is it because she seem to be acting odd I would probably not go there and keep walking down the road so for some insane reason she goes though window and then he opens the door but she gone missing where she gone not sure so he looking turns out this was birthday Surprise that had a bad ending because she was set up to scare him with another creepy mask behind her and well he thought it was real and well crop her head off and that how story very scary and disturbing story we go back to teacher and class and he tells them what happen to him not a good ending.

Too me there something up with teacher think there will some kind of twist with him so now we move on to scary story 2.

This is story of 4 girls looking for party they seem to run out of gas and wind up at another creepy place this time a very dark gas station 2 girls meet a creepy guy who look like a killer type he was indeed crazy they end up killer him later but his dogs kill one of girl as they drive away saying it was too late or was it not sure to they get more bad news as car runs out of gas so now they dogs after them and they going have to run more then ever story ends with them blowing up dogs another odd story but this one was little bit longer then first one.

The guy who pee his pants early is out for revenge on teacher is now in house with a ax he probably going to try and kill them all soon.

We then go to 3nd scary story this where marg shows up on Crutches very young marg and I think she a phone lady who gets a creepy phone number I think that her friend ex or something so he ends up killing his ex and now he going after her it picks up as soon as he in same building as her he kills and now with 1 leg will be tough the story ends with him behind her as we go back to teacher and Students another odd story with a weird ending too it but not too scary.

I am wonder why this teacher wants them to tell him some scary story’s not sure so teacher leaves and go down stairs he better be careful as guy who pee his pants knock out teacher ties him up Alice ties to stop him but he sets the ring on fire for some reason teacher wants him go ahead and scare him and teacher gets out of it and kills the guy and he sit on fire still beating the guy to death so was teacher from hell or something look like it was going to get good at ending as skull was after her and then boom she wake and movie just reset with Alice having a bad feeling so what point of that unsure crazy film this was and weird ending.

Will have to say Ramy Zada was scary and creepy his character was he from hell or something not too sure but will say his acting was good as for other not bad it was ok acting plot was can of scary so was story’s scary have to say first story was but after that can of went downhill a little but will say creepy stories though and to close this out will say after midnight is not bad movie but not too scary.

I give after midnight (1989) a rating of 5/10

Bad Moon (1996) Movie Review

My Review.

Movie starts in with Ted and his girlfriend are camping while having sex when a wolf attacks camp eating her up and nail Ted he shots the wolf killing it but he was Scratched now he may turn into that wolf down the line.

After that we meet his sister and nephew who played by Mason Gamble indeed knows who that is anyway he moves down by his sister house and odd things started to happen Ted is hiding his big secret the dog name Thor knows what he become and is very protected of his family he is as he watching Ted every move

Later on Ted set him up and he gets put in dog pound was sad to watch them take him away he was trying to protect his family from Ted who does turn into that monster each time I think his Humanity goes a way because he starts acting strange near the end and Janet wants to know truth so she Ted head to woods you can see Ted trying to fight as he talk to his sister but beast in side was too powerful as his started to transform this one is slow transform it was ok transform CGI didn’t look good much but will say not worst least we got see him transform into that that thing something they did not show much though the whole movie.

So kid free Thor as monster was going after Janet they had a good fight there Thor came and save the day that something you don’t see a lot in movies pretty much Thor finish him off at end and Janet had a nightmare and woke up and that how it ended not a bad ending at all pretty good movie.

Not a bad movie at all way up there for werewolf movies I say transform to wolf at end was little chessy but again not bad also will say acting was pretty good as well good writing as well with them having dog be the hero at end there so would I watch this again probably would and if you like good werewolf movies bad moon is indeed worth checking out is all I got left to say.
