My Review
After re-watch the classic 80’s Evil dead movie figure I check out the remake and see if it is good as old one or maybe has new stuff never see before so here what I think of evil dead remake from 2013.
Opening is a girl walking in the woods and get kidnapped by guys then her father burn to her death it was not her though it was a demon the way she look was scary great start to the remake here. Then a new group is at the house one of character name is Mia wonder if she be lead character in this one because Bruce was that lead character in the old evil dead not sure who can fill them shoes but I said to myself wait and see.
Seems like Mia has a mess up life doing drugs or something anyway they find a way to basement and it smell and they find dead animals and book of the dead that evil I would leave it there then mess with it and reads the spell now get ready the demons are coming to get them but then we see mess up Mia on drugs I think sounds like she try to get leave but lands in river and runs into that veins or tree take control and something creepy came out out of demon mouth and went Inside then later you can see she start to change very scary will say with spill out huge blood in girl let just say Mia is gone now lucky they somehow got her into basement but holy you know what that was indeed scary.
Wow after watching this 44 mins it indeed get more and more gory and bloody then 80’s one that for sure they sure went all and out this holy crap it is a very good remake so far from what I see probably the best one yet that for sure I was hope Bruce would sure up and help them out that would be cool but this is a remake so doubt it.
Hats off to acting in this man it so good too being demons was over the moon there so it came down to Eric and David but pretty much up to David now he try’s to burn the place down but does not I was like wtf you doing David your sister is dead pretty much it was brother vs sister or let say demon sister he almost was killed bye like Eric help him out for whatever he had left he did go down fighting that for sure then after that David try to bring her back but did not work boy demons good at playing minds as well but then see Mia raise from dead she look to human again but then Eric who a demon now nail him from behind and David blow him and house away he went down a hero just as it was looking ok blood came again lots and lots of blood in this one and something came out the ground some more ugly looking demon so it not over yet then she finds a chainsaw and saw the demon in half and she survived and that how it ended.
All I got to say holy you know what I will say this probably the best remake out there and will say a lot better then 80’s one even though I still like 80’s one as well so who was main lead in this for character that was tough because everybody did great in this for acting my hats off to Sami raimi for this one he made a great one as Will this one will forever to me be a classic and if you do watch be prepared because blood and gory in this is very high and demons are more scary as well best not to eat anything before watching this that for sure and in closing I was happy to review this that for sure because at first I thought this was not going to be a good remake boy I was wrong that is for sure.
I give evil dead (2013) a rating of 8/10
