Synopsis
Four college pledges are forced to spend the night in a deserted old mansion , where they are stalked by the monstrous survivor of a family massacre years earlier.

My Review
Movie starts off with a party with teens at a haunted mansion place that does look haunted look like a wild party to start cool music and intro though you see Linda blair name on cast indeed know who she her character name is Marty Linda look so young well this was 1981 this one came way way after her first horror movie the exorcist very scary bye the way.
Anyway now you know a little bit on who she is back to movie review well the party teens then they go in a house that locked up boy they are dumb when it locked up means then story was told on a monster born very scary story after hearing the monster still around house I would not go in there if I was them but you know they think it turn out to be a joke and went anyway some stay back as some left this a test for night to stay there only 4 stay now I wonder who will be first to get killed then the ones who left them there come back my guess to try and scare them they should of left and not came back.
I wonder if one of monster or something that kills is a family so far 26 mins no kills yet or nothing scary but something grabs a girl and drags her down the hole and then boom knock her head off with a axe pretty much that been it in the last 30 mins then something starts killing them so now horror started to pick up my guess this father the guy was talking about still alive and get revenge for people who was mean to kids years ago did not see them but from story at start they were not treat well with one’s bullying them so this prank this guy trying to pull on his friends is going to backfired because he does not know the murder monster out to get him and that what happen body count start to pile up as movie goes on they don’t show full kills much as it cut off and go to another part of movie sometimes they do show some blood though but does get scary with woman head being taken off and lay there on bed good horror there but would like to know more info on who doing killing.
Well one of guy does get out gets a little hurt but hopefully he can go get help and make without being killed it was a dumb move to go there they should of done more on finding out info on that place then they probably not good but they thought it would be fun well not so fun now must of them are dead as two are only left so far the guy that made it out made it too police station for some reason they are not buying his story at all fools they are said to help everybody guess Seth is on his own but he does get guns so he probably going to go back maybe or just keep running away hopefully they show later if he comes back or not would be pointless to leave that with nothing.
So the ones after the bad monster or murder goes into deep hole to get him but find out there friends dead bodies turns out it was a monster big one by the way they do get out in time before being killed lock up the monster for now.
After that we see Seth steal a car my guess he is coming back better be careful this monster is still out there killing monster attacks Seth and he shots him but is he dead or not it was not he shot him again but as he told his friends he killed him he shows up and kills Seth this one tough monster I guess bullets don’t put him down what does well pretty much it came down to monster vs Mary now here at the end which I thought it would be so there was 2 monsters my guess one Seth kill was the son and now father monster is one after Mary here she finds one of keys on her friend dead body it look like she was going to get out of there but monster was on too so monster was killed by being stab with sharp door guess that payed off in the end there.
So pretty much that how it ends her walking wow another great movie from linda again she is good at roles the ending was not bad it the way I would end but wonder if she make it back in town ok sure police still won’t believe her.
My first viewing of hell night not a bad movie very scary and gory monsters look good this mansion was indeed haunted that for sure acting was bad either for 80’s movie have to say this is another one of Linda classic acting performance as she was main lead for that in this and in the end prove that I only see some of her movies hopefully to review more in future for now have to say hell night was a good horror movie that for sure.
